Shifting Out

For approved  application for Shifting Out to other UP Diliman College or Transfer to other  UP Unit:

Please submit your request for PERMIT TO TRANSFER to the Office of the College Secretary (OCS)

• Notice of Admission/Acceptance letter from the College your are applying for (PDF File)

• Fill out the request form and attach the Notice of Admission/Acceptance letter.

• Claim your documents within 2-3 working days.
