I am a Certified Pilates Instructor under STOTT Pilates, Canada. I am also a Certified Cheerleading Judge under the International Federation of Cheerleading, Japan. I also served the university as an assistant coach of the UP Pep Squad from 2005 to 2021.

Alvin George C. Cobar, MSc, is a distinguished academic and researcher in Physical Education and Sports Science. He serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines and an INstructor at Ateneo de Manila University, where he advances physical education curricula and promotes research-driven practices. He has also authored influential texts on physical education and movement literacy.
Beyond academia, Mr. Cobar actively contributes to public discourse as a sports science expert on major media platforms and serves on editorial boards for scholarly journals. He has an extensive coaching background, particularly in track and field, guiding university athletes to success. His professional contributions extend to leadership roles in research organizations, and he has received multiple awards, including the University Scholarly Work Award and the Teaching Excellence Award from Ateneo de Manila University, solidifying his influence in the field of sports science in the Philippines.

Doctor of Medicine degree acquired from the University of the East - Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center Inc. in 2022. Currently practicing as an occupational health/general physician and a college lecturer. Also a licensed professional teacher for elementary level.

His passions include people development, inspirational speaking, and strategic planning, and he has delivered talks in both corporate and academic settings.
Lawrence holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman and serves as a faculty member at the university’s College of Human Kinetics teaching sports management and sports marketing.

Assistant Professor John Guiller Realin is a faculty member of the Department of Physical Education at the College of Arts and Sciences, University of the Philippines Manila. He finished his Bachelor's degree in Sports Science at the College of Human Kinetics, UP Diliman. He obtained a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. He has also completed two graduate programs at the College of Medicine, UP Manila, namely, Diploma in Physiology and Certificate in Biochemistry.
