I started as an elementary and high school physical education teacher and volleyball and softball coach. Then, I focused on sports science in my graduate studies from the University of Sydney. Afterwhich, I became an athletic director and P.E. department chairperson in a private school. Eventually, I settled down as a sports science faculty in UP CHK from 2001 until present.
The courses that I have been teaching in the Sports Science Department are Exercise Physiology, Bioenergetics, Motor Control and Ergogenics.
My research interests include the Female Athlete Health and the Female AthleteTriad, Student-Athletes and their Concerns, Physical Literacy, and Motor Control: visual perception and neural mechanisms.
