Wisdom Valleser is a full-time faculty of the Department of Sports Science in the University of the Philippines College of Human Kinetics (UP CHK). He does research in exercise, sports, nutrition, physical education and related fields. He is also the Chair of the UP CHK Research Ethics Committee, Board Member of the Sports Nutrition Association of the Philippines, and Resource Person for the National Academy of Sports. He serves as a consultant for various private and government institutions. 

Asst. Prof Valleser teaches several courses in the College of Human Kinetics in both the Graduate Studies Program and the Department of Sports Science. These courses are:
