Instructor
Department of Physical Education
I am an instructor currently completing my Master's in MS Human Movement Science, with a specialization in Leisure Studies. My research interests center on Philippine games, Positive Youth Development, and the role of leisure and recreation in promoting well-being, particularly among youth. I am also a co-author of the chapter Enhancing Well-Being in Physical Education Classes: Applying the PERMAH Framework in the Philippines, published in Global Innovations in Physical Education and Health. With a strong passion for physical education, play, and wellness, I strive to impart knowledge to my students while actively engaging them in physical activities that contribute to their holistic development. In my teaching, I emphasize the importance of play and games, encouraging students to explore their untapped potential and use these activities as effective stress relievers.
