Swimming Pool

The University Swimming Pool is located beside the U.P. Chapel

*The pool is opened to the public on Sunday's and holidays.

*A fee of P 100.00/hour is allotted to the life-guard

*A P 150.00 user's card is issued to those who wish to use the swimming pool 

• The card is issued at the CHK office located at the second floor of the CHK building besides the Gymnasium

• The card is consumable for six (6) months starting from the day it was issued 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN USING THE FACILITY:

FOR U.P. STUDENTS (Enrolled in a swimming class)

1. Proper swimming attire: Boys- swimming trunks Girls- bathing suit

2. The use of alcoholic drinks or any other intoxicating substance such as that might put the user in grave danger is strictly prohibited

FOR U.P. STUDENTS (Not enrolled in a swimming class)

1. Must be enrolled in the ongoing academic year

2. Presentation of valid school ID (must have a countersign from the College)

3. Proper swimming attire: Boys- swimming trunks Girls- bathing suit (preferably, one piece-swim suit attire)

4. A lifeguard is present

5. It is not used by the service PE or the UP Varsity Swimming Team for practice 

6. The use of alcoholic drinks or any other intoxicating substance such as that might put the user in grave danger is strictly prohibited.

FOR PRIVATE USE / OUTSIDERS

1. Reservations must be made prior to use of the said facility

2. Reservations must be made in the College of Human Kinetics (CHK) office through Jeng Borillo

3. The use of alcoholic drinks or any other intoxicating substance such as that might put the user in grave danger is strictly prohibited
